The button below can be used to initiate a remote support session with Bognor PC Doctor.
You should contact us first on 01243 855 755 so that we can provide you with an ID number and authorise your connection.
A remote support session may incur a charge, which will be advised to you at the end of the session, immediate payment via debit/credit card will be required over the telephone at the end of the session.
Remote support sessions are charged at £1 per minute (A minimum fee of £15 applies). An invoice raising fee of £10 may be additionally charged if immediate payment is not received at the end of the remote supprot session and payment is still unpaid after 7 days.
