Broadband from Bognor PC Doctor - for all migration orders where you wish to migrate from your current broadband provider, you will need to contact your current provider and obtain a "MAC" code before we can commence your migration. As of the 14th Feb 07, it is now the law that any request for a MAC code has to be provided to the customer within 7 days and without demanding money or other before releasing the MAC code. Any company that refuses to provide a MAC code should be reported to OFCOM and may be fined. |
